Cocktail hour: 5pm-6pm

Dinner and dancing : 6pm-10:30pm

Notes

For parents of children who are attending the celebration reception, here is what to expect:

  • Children will be fed at their own table directly after the ceremony at 5pm which is during the mojito cocktail hour for adults.
  • Children do not have chairs at the adult tables but are welcome to sit on people's laps as they like.
  • The reception is on the second floor of the lodge, and children are welcome to roam freely.
  • The first floor has a play room which includes some toys and a few bunk beds but no supervision.
  • Children are encouraged to bring toys and snacks with them.
  • You may want to bring blankets and pillows for the kids if you think they'd like to nap on the bunk beds.
  • The music will not be over 80 decibels, so napping will be possible.

If you have any questions or concerns, please email Vanessa.

The dance segment of the evening will feature Zen Mustache, a local Colorado band.

The elevation of the venue is 8504 ft or 2592 m. Please drink at least eight tall glasses of water a day and be aware of that the effects of alochol are heightened.

Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the venue. The only place in which smoking is permitted is inside your vehicle. Fire risk in the area is dramatically high at the moment, as many of you may have likely read in the news.
